Anyone is welcome to register their interest to become a CareBee self employed local carer.
So we can keep you updated on our progress and when we go live you can start creating your CareBee profile which customers will see when they enter their postcode and search for local CareBees.
We welcome all skill levels from non skilled companions to fully qualified. All you require is a DBS Enhanced criminal record check and an entry level mandatory online training certificate, both available through CareBee.

Creating your profile is a little like window dressing a shop front. Where you will have the opportunity to encourage local families and organisations to choose you to look after those in need of your compassionate services.
You can choose to have your profile fully vetted, or submit a non vetted lower skilled companion profile. Customers will clearly see if you are listed as a vetted or non vetted CareBee. You can also set your own hourly rates, working hours and distance covered.
Profile pages will show customers your performance ratings and testimonials in real time. So it is very important to maintain excellent feedback once you start working.
Once you submit your non vetted profile or have your profile vetted and qualifications verified, you will appear on the map search for customers to find when they browse local CareBee profiles.
Customers will be able to contact you directly through the CareBee platform and homecare requests will appear in your CareBee account which you can choose to take or pass on to other CareBees.
You will receive 100% of the hourly rate you have chosen in a single weekly wage from all your customers. Customers pay a month in advance, plus a ten percent service charge to cover your insurance and the platform support team costs.
Being a CareBee gives you the freedom to choose the money you earn, the hours you work and the distance you travel, enabling you to create your perfect work/life balance and the CareBee app takes care of everything for you.
You will have CareBee support on the end of the phone only if you need us. And there will be local carer support managers affectionately referred to as “Queen Bees” who will be there for you and customers when you need them.
Sound good? It gets better with the creation of your local “CareBee Hive” Where you can get involved in socialising, support and training events. All designed to support you wonderful CareBee carers.

CareBee is currently under development. Once we go live sometime next year, you will be able to set your own available working hours and hourly rates. We are also offering discounted online training for non-skilled carers who can continue to train whilst earning. CareBee will become a highly monitored and well structured nationwide community of CareBee carers and local CareBee Hives, it will be a caring supportive and fun place to work conveniently for all, locally.
